Ediseed was brought about by the successes of our small practice Kamau Consulting Group and its alliances and networks. Since our founding in 2020, we have worked with multiple organizations in various industries and sectors in championing change through transformative work. We noticed a big gap in the industry where organizations were hastily jumping into EDI initiatives without a clear understanding of their starting point, undefined goals, unclear definitions, no data and no measurable ways to track results and successes.
After developing great synergies and expertise, Ediseed emerged in response to this notable gap where we developed leading tools and frameworks to take a data-driven, human-centered approach. We look forward to creating leaders through Ediseed by digging deep to uncover issues, highlight successes, and craft a plan that moves you forward with data-driven, human-centred change.
